Kallos Ink started in my head a long time ago. My husband, Micah, and I really put pen to paper in late 2020/early 2021, and began working on ideas for how to market my calligraphy work.
Kallos Ink comes from the Greek word, kalligraphos, where we we get the word calligraphy. Kalligraphos • a person who writes beautifully — kallos meaning beauty & graphein meaning write. So, we make beautiful writing into personal and original artwork for you to enjoy in your home.
Together, Micah and I create beautiful artwork. I do the letters, florals, and watercolors, and he does additional embellishments and illustrations, plus watercolor.
